We need an experienced legal secretary to support a busy team of lawyers in our dispute resolution / employment law team. Ideally you will have worked in a law firm, or in a professional services environment.
The team will rely on your strong organisational skills to prepare Court documents within deadlines, and to complete letters, file notes, invoices and general correspondence. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, proficiency with databases and the ability to learn new tasks quickly. You will also interact with clients to make appointments, and to request and provide information. Experience with financial information and transactions will also be an advantage.
We are looking for someone with a positive personality, who has proven client and customer skills, and enjoys working hard to achieve results. We offer a friendly, team-based work environment, with strong supervision and support.
This is a full time role.
