Jo Naidoo

Jo is the Team Leader of our Family Disputes team. She has vast experience in relationship property, parenting, estate litigation and child support. Jo helps clients divide up relationship property assets and advises families on estate and trust disputes. Jo offers practical advice to clients to help resolve their disputes with minimal stress, or represents them in Court if needed. Jo is on the Lawyer for Child list, appointed by the Family Court to act for children and is on the panel of lawyers appointed to act on PPPR matters.
