Sian Atkinson

Sian advises clients on various matters
including rural, business, commercial and residential property transactions.  She also assists with other private client matters such as business or family succession and
restructures, building contracts, mortgage refinance or discharges,
subdivisions, wills, and Powers of Attorney.

Sian has vast experience in
private practice dating back to 2009 in Australia and in the Waikato. Her recent commercial experience includes advising one of New Zealand’s largest
Tertiary Education Institutions as well as Local Government, where she took
pride in providing plain English advice and practical solutions.
