Sam specialises in civil litigation and employment law. Sam has appeared as lead Counsel in successful proceedings before the High Court and Court of Appeal of New Zealand and also the High Court and Court of Appeal of the Cook Islands.
Sam speaks fluent Japanese and is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Standards Committee.
