Danielle Robinson

Danielle is a Solicitor in our Commercial Corporate team, having graduated from the University of Waikato in 2022. She works closely with Partners and clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, corporate advisory and governance, insolvency, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and not-for-profit. She has a particular interest in insolvency and corporate structuring.
