Ewen Macpherson

Ewen is a civil and commercial litigation lawyer with over 5 years' experience in all areas of dispute resolution in both New Zealand and Australia. He has particular interests in the areas of contract disputes and insolvency law. Ewen has appeared in the Family, District and High Courts as junior and sole counsel. He has experience in alternative dispute resolution, appearing in several high value commercial lease arbitrations and land dispute mediations. 

Ewen is the Chair of the Waikato New Lawyers committee, a trustee of Catholic Family Support Services and volunteers through Education Sponsorship Trust, helping Waikato youth.
