Jesse deals with all aspects of civil litigation, including complex commercial and contractual disputes. He has a particular interest in property disputes and has appeared in several high value commercial lease arbitrations and High Court proceedings. Jesse also has specialist knowledge in equitable and specialist remedies, having acted for clients in obtaining freezing orders, search orders and sale orders for property.
Jesse is President of the New Zealand Law Society Council for the Waikato Bay of Plenty. Prior to his legal career Jesse lived in Japan for 12 years and worked as a Japanese-English translator.
