Kelly Stone

Kelly is a corporate commercial lawyer and a qualified
chartered accountant. She has six years experience working in a “Big Four”
accounting firm as a tax specialist and nine years experience working as a tax
solicitor for large and significant enterprises. Kelly’s experience in dealing
with a broad range of tax and legal issues including multinationals, cross
border transactions, subdivisions, local authorities, charitable organisations
and taxpayer disputes is extremely valuable to our clients. She also works
alongside clients advising on the most effective business structure for
companies, trusts, and partnerships offering practical advice and solutions.
