Chris is a specialist contracts lawyer, drafting complex contracts for bespoke purposes. He works alongside business owners, directors and shareholders helping them with structuring, advisory and transactional work. This includes shareholder agreements, terms of trade, construction contracts, JV agreements and many other customised arrangements. He also advises on company law, business expansions, mergers and acquisitions, IT, privacy, not for profits (including incorporated societies, charitable trusts, charities) and insolvency. Chris is the Team Leader of the Commercial Corporate Team.
