Geraldine Austin

Geraldine advises clients on a wide range of personal legal matters including residential property, financing and guarantees, subdivisions, retirement village occupation rights, and all estate planning matters including wills and enduring powers of attorney. She also provides advice to clients wanting to establish new trusts or better manage existing trusts. She has a particular interest in the area of elder law and capacity issues.
