Sara Cameron

Sara has over 20 years’ experience as a litigation lawyer in civil areas including insolvency, claims against directors, shareholder and franchise disputes, negligence and defamation claims, contractual disuptes and claims against estates

Sara advises clients dealing with various regulatory agencies including the Serious Fraud Office, Financial Markets Authority, Ministry of Primary Industries and formally called Securities Commission. She advises clients in the early stages of investigations through to civil or criminal proceedings and appeals.

Sara also represents lawyers facing complaints, investigations and charges laid in respect of their professional conduct. This includes investigating and responding to Standards Committees, in proceedings before the Legal Complaints Review Office and the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal, and in judicial review proceedings/appeals to the High Court.
